Our Program

Author of her upcoming book "B is for Balance", which will be released in 2021, Kathryn has 18 years of teaching and coaching experience in nutrition and competitive sports and has developed her proven weight loss counselling methods and systems based on the science and physiology of sports nutrition and cognitive behaviour therapy.

Kathryn started her academic career with the Bachelor of Science program (Chemistry) at Saint Mary's University in Halifax in 2001 before moving on to the Bachelor of Education program at the University of Alberta in Edmonton in 2008 and then later transferred into the Bachelor of Applied Human Services Administration program at MacEwan University in Edmonton in 2013.

After getting married in 2015, Kathryn began working along side her husband, Ryan Morrow, at his personal training studio and began coaching clients, writing weight loss programs, and implementing very successful nutrition challenges.

While perfecting our 42 Day Body Transformation Challenges and 42 Day Detox Programs, Kathryn completed a Master of Science in Nutrition Science with a specialty in Weight Loss from Atlantic International University in Honolulu in 2016-2017.

Our nutrition coaches are all certified and Kathryn works side by side with our nutrition coaches to ensure every meal plan and the changes made to it are exactly what your body needs to reach your goals.

Your results.  We want to keep you reaching your goals.

Your struggles.  For example, if you lost a lot of weight but just hated how you were eating and you ran the risk of quitting. Or perhaps you struggle with an eating disorder? 

Your conditions.  This could be anything from Diabetes, Crones or irregular hormone levels in your body.

You are not required to purchase any supplements or fancy food packages.  We teach you how to eat real food that’s just right for your body and your goals.  And you’ll love it!
